I’ve led QA efforts on titles like World of Warcraft, Apex Legends Mobile, and Warcraft Rumble, giving me firsthand experience with the unique demands of running large-scale live games.

Over the past eight years, I’ve worked in QA, project management, and process improvement, with a strong focus on LiveOps and Live Service games. I love working with teams to untangle complex challenges, create smoother workflows, and keep games running at their best.
